I have 2 phones but most times only use 1 .With taxes it comes out to 29 dollars a month for both phones .I may increase data so it may go up .I don't need a big plan .Like addy i ionly use mine once in awhile .Got a senior discount and that is what brought it down .Virgin mobile does not work very good in this area .My son has it and has to go to the corner store to get reception .I turned off my data on the plan and only use wifi as it does not go against my data usage

Virgin mobile does not work very good in this area
It is sprint based, we get lousy reception at our house, no matter what carrier we use. Our house in Maryland is in a dead zone. zero bars at the house, go down the 200 foot driveway and have five bars.
We like the hotspot you can pay for when needed. Cost 15 bucks a month to add on wifi access for a month, turn off when not using. Great for us when traveling.

Does the wifi adapter give you wifi access via your computer if you are away from home? That is what the hot spot does, turns our phone into internet access for the computers. At this house they have internet access, so we are not using the hot spot, this trip.
We have not joined aarp.

I have saved lots joining aarp .I have bought restaurant certificates for 15 dollars for a 35 dollars of food..You just put in where you are at and it gives you a list of available coupons and you purchase them .I got discount on my hotel room also and my rental car .The wifi thing just plugs into anything .I use it on the lap top and tablet and phone .

Hubby and I got new phones today. We have been putting it off for a while. We had Blackberrys which I loved mine. Hubby was out sailing and got his wet and the phone was toast so he bought a phone off eBay, which didn't get good reception where we live. Just wasn't a good phone. Doing a lot better with this phone then I thought I would, really like it a lot bigger screen.
Colleen your puppy is so cute she's going to be the boss! LOL
