No, no. The "Peaches & Cream" is the variety of sweet corn. It has tender yellow AND sweet white kernels on the same cob, and with melted butter over it, it is a pure slice of Heaven! It's one of the reason we folk LIVE in Iowa! LOL

Okay, now on to more pond progress! I need my fix!!!!!!!

Well it would be a looooooooooooong drive to tx or iowa, as we have no trailer and top speed is 8 mph. If you were closer I would love to help you out!

And you are welcome to help rock and mortar, honey saw your waterfall, he now wants the start of our stream to be a old looking broken wishing well with the water coming out of one side. So ...........as they say...........the project keeps growing. lol

And thanks for the food offer jacki, sounds wonderful

We were going to go fishing today, but down here in florida the waves are hitting the 5 foot plus stage and they have small craft warnings out, so we did not go out.

Sitting here pulling the net from some very nice neighbor...........well hope they are nice, no clue where we are getting it from lol.

The pond and bog filter are the priority when we get back, get them up and running, then the stream work.

Thanks for looking at my lil project that has become more massive with each day I dug lol!

Well back from florida, got the work gloves back on!
Worked on the bog wall, it is very well seen from the house so want to make it look good.

5:30am this morning.

8.5 hours later, and around 1.5 tons of rock moved

Before anybody thinks about septic conditions etc. I am filling all the empty spaces with the great stuff pond foam. And we are not doing koi. All except 3 inches will be under water, the flat rocks to the far left show the dressing that will be done to the top of the wall. Different sizes shapes etc.

Our first resident!
