hi all, just arrived home two hours ago, tummy very sore , got to take it easy for awhile, more tests in 6 weeks..camera....least said the better. A VERY HUGE THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR GET WELL WISHES......SO KEEP WATCHING WILL CARRY ON THE PROJECT IN A FEW DAYS THANKS AGAIN " WHISKEY"

Hi all, managed a little woodwork today now tummy starting to settle, taking it very easy, little and often better than none at all. Today i made the return tray that retuns water to the pond via shoot making another waterfall. Also today i completed the three remaining paddles......so JW...wheel turning getting nearer! photo today of water shoot plus a get well pressie a "banana plant" hope these dont have any adverse affect on fish keeping....?

Oh boy good to see you back in business w/ the wheel whiskey and feeling better and that Banana plant looks very nice near your pond. I don't think they can hurt anything in your pond. I have one but it doesn't have that lovely red color to it. It's not by my pond tho. I put it up close to my house facing south so it could get the most heat from the sun. Gosh it's actually growing and is about 4ft tall now..............happy I am :banana:

Hey whiskey do you have to pull that banana plant inside every year or is it hardy? Are your winters cold?

pull up each winter---hates frost-----so it will winter indoors in hall.

If you have to bring it in each winter, why not build a wooden pot with wheels on it to make it easy.
