@addy1 and @GBBUDD I know where it is but don’t want @brokensword to know that I know where it is.
I seem to recall someone saying they peeked ONLY when someone else isn't looking...ah, any guilty parties here???:p

Btw, you type too loud; didn't need the itty bitty type to let me know who was messin', here!!!

We truly need a sticky on the basics and the common mistakes to building a garden and or koi pond. without abbreviations. < rebel with a cause. just unsure as to the guide lines.
that's only because you ride a hog, GB; you're just a big teddy bear otherwise...right? heh heh

TPCTFLMKANAMFF. (That’s pretty cool. Thanks for letting me know. Also, nachos are my favorite food).
NOPE! I ain't gonna letcha! NOT until you actually finish that pond, @combatwombat ! And even then, I'm sure @addy1 has some sort of letter limit on these acronyms. Though, you DO get points for originality!:)

Gorgeous as always. Where do you send overflow?

You’d be proud of me. Started to figure out compound maneuvers w/ Barney. Out here digging the cistern deeper as I type.

Yeppers, really nice, GB! Your pics never disappoint! Looking good!

Strange to see how your fish move relative to mine; where yours glide slowly and in very small groups or more often, individually, mine have a more herd mentality, with a lot more speed. Doesn't matter if before feeding or soon thereafter!

And except for that first 'power' zoom, nice and smooth video. Lots of dwell time with all your features. I liked that at the end, you went low for a different pov.

no where special its the third photo.off to the side of the cistern is a rectangle area about 2 feet long 2 feet deep and 2a foot wide . Its lined in fabic non woven and catches anything trying to get in the cistern from the pond . The cap of the cistern is lower then the ground surface by a good foot and a half if it pores the over flow rises and heads in to the surrounding soils if it gets so high then it goes over that and flows in to the back yard but i never have flooding it all pitches slightly toward the back where it's a half acre of woods. I also do not have clay soils
