Yep, there was alot of stupid especially the young man for wanting to assault a conceal gun carrier due to zero injuries on Trayvon and zero signs of trying to retreat as he should have done when Rachel T told him to do on the cell phone audio.

I agree we have thought that and is why he is free now. But TM kill a guy at 7pm with tons of witnesses? He must have just went into a violent rage and couldn't stop.

Which is probably exactly what GZ was thinking just prior to pulling the trigger. It is what I would be thinking and could only assume he wouldn't stop until I was dead.

We will never know the exact charges since the judge would not allow the exact documented criminal history, which the defense team had, of Trayvon to be revealed. The exact moment the defense team opened the portfolio to share this evidence then the Judge flat out denied him and told the jury to disregard.

Martin was not charged with any crimes and did not have a juvenile record. In regards to school suspensions Judge Nelson ruled they would not be admissible as evidence during the trial unless they could be shown to be relevant. Does not change the fact he did Not have a juvenile record and yes we do know if you want to actually state facts.

He was under age so no gun for him and we were talking about your view that he should have ran home when by law he had the same rights as Zimmerman. What I would have liked to have seen is Zimmerman sometime throughout his following of Trayvon to have identified himself and possibly Trayvon would have also explained his presence. I think fear played a part at various stages for both of these people.

Being underage is irrelevant to the question I asked. It could have easily been a knife rather than a gun. Would you have liked to have seen Trayvon armed with a knife and knifing Zim to death for simply following him?

Yes, Trayvon should have acted like a gentleman and avoided the confrontation at all cost. Unfortunately, this is not the lesson folk want to teach their kids as the result of this court case.

If the cops were to show up sooner, which I wish Zim called the cops on very first sight of the suspicous person, then they would have told Trayvon to go straight home rather than wondering around suspiciously at night.

This is the entire reason why there are neighborhood curfews, which I know very well about in south Dallas, and why there are neighborhood watch groups.

Nobody has the right to walk around suspiciously at night and not be questioned.

When I was there, the police enforced curfews were enacted by the time the street lights turned on and, sunset on February 26th at Sanford, Florida, was at 6:22pm so it was pitch black by the time the assault occurred.

Hey when I was kid my parents had the same curfew fortunately in our small town we had lots of places to play with no street lights so it was not always my fault.

Another side note: I bet that housing complex will put in a few lamp posts after paying out $1 million. I took the proactive approach at our apartment building and put 3 extra outside lights. No break-ins in 16 years.

What ususally happens in these cases, is the insurance company pays out the $$$. After that they will put pressure on the housing complex owners to make it safer. IF nothing done they will drop the coverage.

Maybe TM thought it was so dark he could beat the victim and run away and no one would have a good look at his face.
