Is it safe for folk to drive 20~30mph below the speed limit on a freeway because they have "low vision" ?? Do you at least admit driving requires the sensory of sight ??

With Nana, not only could she not see even a stop sign anymore, she ran her sister over on two seperate occasions in the driveway! Aunt B insisted on looking under the car before they could ever leave to make sure the cat wasnt under it ... The first time, we all chocked it off as an unfortunate accident. Who is going to argue with two bitties in their 90s? The second time, Nana shattered Aunt B's hip ...

Now think of that person being allowed to legally buy a gun... Why worry about criminals when we got old folk blindly running over their own relatives and possibly owning a gun trying to aim...

Ummm ... I just asked hubby what Nana had in the house ... She had a sawed off double barrel shotgun and a HARPOON GUN. I can tell you Nana was FIESTY. They were certainly a pair LOL....

1943 Colt .45 nickel plated, with ivory grips. Not researched yet, might be Officer pistol WW2 or plated post war.
