Thank God for the 911 that showed the screaming.

I would say if no screams for help, then give him manslaughter, as it might show he was just at the loosing end of a fight and decided to shoot becasue he was pi$$ed.

IF convicted it will be appealed and won. He will not be in jail for long.

The guy took a severe beating. Why is no one on Tv talking about the screams!!!

Think about the screams for help as you watch this ground n' pound that is very close to what happened.

The only way this is a severe beating is because Zimmerman says it was and everyone else explaining how it could have happened without obvious injuries. The death of Kelly Thomas who suffered a fatal beating by officers of the Fullerton, California Police Department indicates a severe beating.

Unfortunately, due to the environment of this case and how the prosecution was allowed to act quite absurd in his theories, I doubt that portion of the law will have relevance to the jury.

Are you 100% sure who was screaming ? Both sides had experts who were not allowed to testify claiming it was their man.

I think reasonble doubt apparently has zero relevance in this case due to what was asked by the jury to clarify the manslaughter charge.

One witness was just on the television that noticed the kid walking in his front yard just said there is gossip of only 1 juror asking about manslaughter, but I do not know if I believe this.

Yep, proves the point that Zim should have allowed himself gotten beaten up much worse before taking proper action since case law and reasonable doubt is showing to have zero relevance to this case, which is not a suprise to me.

I don't think ya can say that... There was not any exact expert testimony in regards to the voice analysis, just an expert theorizing on it. Only family members identified the scream as their own victim.
