theoretically, if you have water movement, you don't have mosquito larvae anyhow, but yeah, frogs like their snacks of suitable size. Got lots of little gnats that I pointed make a note of to MY resident frogs, a frown in accompaniment...Bullfrogs are not welcome in my pond. They will eat my fancy goldfish. Other frogs are welcome.
In general, frogs are supposed to be a sign of a healthy pond. They dont really curb the mosquito population.
