that's great!!!!!!

I still have some survivors. I hope they grow legs before the frost sets in?

They know to do that I hope.

Mine got there naturally but any way you can get them is just peachy. Keep us posted on their development!!!!!!

addy I got a picture of one of yours that escaped from the plant ring when I thought they all were gone.
Here he is getting little back legs and the other pic of the green frog is from my neighbors tads that are turning into tree frogs I believe.

Neat jw, I will need to look and see if mine have started getting some legs. That is a pretty green froggie. Hopefully some call your pond a home next year.

Hey, JW, that second picture has 2 frogs in it! Did you notice that? :) One is larger and under the bright green one! Look again... unless I'm seeing things! Yep, better put some chains on their little legs!
Turns out I got lots of bullfrogs from my large tadpoles that were hatched in the bog, and thought I never saw any of the tiny frogs (Northern Cricket Frogs), there are several very small frogs, maybe that type, but not sure. TONS of toads, adults to tiny babies, in my yard, too. And, besides hot humid nights at dusk, no bugs that bother me. Woohoo!

Yep country there are two froggies in that picture.

We have eggs again...........I would think it is getting too late in the season for this, not sure what they are from.

I did not see that other one but I know who it is. It is one of addy's tads that fell out of the floating plant ring. It is bigger than the other tads and has the back legs but not the front ones yet.

You can see its eye in the upper left of the picyure. John

We had two frogs, both left this spring when the toads laid eggs in the pond. All the toad tads grew into toads and hopped away, and now we have nothing. I hope something will come back to our pond! I miss the frogs.
