Finally waters are running

HAHAHA yea right.I bout fell in trying to get one of the pumps running,and my fingers were frozen.........

Doesn't if feel wonderful tho when you get soooooooooo cold you think you'll never get warm enough again and then you roast yourself by the fire w/ a nice cup of hot whatever and you start getting that warm toastiness feeling coming over ya

Actually this time last year ,my pond was frozen nuff to lay on..........
So this is a surprise to see this much action........ j.w. there is a fat goldie in there for ya

temps are nice ,no real ice is forming .I think lots of that is due to the extra water moving.
It's hard to eye a fish with this much water movement,but they love swimming in front of it as the water runs through there gills.Why does the mice -n- the wheel come to mind.lol

I think we might just all have a kindly winter this year if it keeps on going like it is! Would be real nice to get an early Spring but I won't press my luck too far.

It is 44 up in maryland this am, a COLD front hitting florida, 55 here this am.

Wow cold front in Florida of 55 and we are getting warm front of 54 here,lol!

It will be back up to 80 by sunday, but we will be heading back to maryland and the "cold" weather up there.

Well just ready scattered snow showers in maryland, maybe 1/2 inch falling today. Need to fire up my view of our yard and see if it snows.

:goldfish: Here's some really cool shots.I was concerned a touch this winter,because the koi are getting big..................But they seem to be just fine. Both pumps seem to be keeping up w/ the cold air.
