Thank you @Tara :)

I hope the current is not too much for the water Lily, I really miss having them and I don't have room in the plant pool of my other pond
So, are you digging next year?:D

Goodness no, I would love more ponds, but it seems like I have a million and one things to do before even thinking of a new build. I will just enjoy looking at New ponds and fish here, and online.

Filling day is finally here :D. @Gemma just imagine, new fish.
Acclimation time for the first two babies I got today, a blue matsuba butterfly and a doitsu kujaku.

They are swimming around the whole pond, funny how the smallest one just follows behind
They are way nicer looking in reality that they come out in pictures

I'm waiting on a couple more then I'm done shopping!

Ah cute and they look so little in that huge pond! They must think they hit the jackpot!

I really hope they like their new home! I worry that they have nothing to eat in a brand new pond, and are too shy to come up if I try to feed them....but I had to buy them now, they were so much cheaper and that way I'll have several months before I had to introduce my existing fish, any health issue should be resolved by then

@Gemma there are always bugs, worms etc. that end up in the pond so I think they will be fine and if you throw a few pellets of food in now and then I think they will find them.

Did you get those fish in the mail? Both fish are lovely ,but the long barbells on the butterfly koi make it extra pretty (i think). How do you manage to get anything else done, it's so hard to resist staring at New fish in a pond.
