It's been nothing but rain here as well, we still work on the pond but obviously the progress is much slower.Hello @Gemma how is the pond coming along? I know September here has been mostly rain, and it looks like October is doing the same so I hope it's not the same where you are. It's hard to get anything done when the weather turns sour.
Lol I'm the kind that puts on makeup before heading under the rain in a muddy pond, no way I'd ever wear an "oompa loompa" suitrubber ducky suit comes to mind
I totally agree!Filling day is finally here . As far as building a pond goes, there is something special about filling it and running it for the first time. @Gemma just imagine, new fish.
Thanks!Sitting here patiently waiting for the end results of the water total View attachment 116585
It looks good w/all the water and rocks placed around it. Next Spring will be fun putting in all the plants. Did you say you were gonna put some fish in soon or wait till next year?
I need to take at least 5 0r six koi out of the other pond so I'm not going to buy a lot of new ones.Wow, that is a lot of water, how many koi will you get? Congratulations on the the final stage on your pond build been completed, all that hard work, waiting patiently for the weather to clear, and now finally you can spend your free time looking at future pond fish. Enjoy
