Between mls by owner, 249.00 , fsbo......zero calls...
And our 8 street signs at 15 bucks a piece = 120. Oh and a LARGE marker = 1.59. ....tons of calls....
We spent 370.59 to market the house. Way better than 6%!
We did give the buyers the 3% buyer broker fee. That sealed the deal.
