Lol I have two guns with me, loaded. Arizona is a no permit needed concealed gun carry state. So it has been in my pocket when people have come in the house.

Now back to the sale....... drum roll......
We have a signed contract, full price minus some realtor fees.
He wants to do inspection, we are going to insist on it as is sale. We have sank alot of money in here already. This house is in great shape.
We have to have the septic pumped as it is az law.
Closing 12/1 we are thinking of doing a slow, check things out drive home.
If all goes well tomorrow. The southern route.

No clue at this point, we did the southern route years ago due to weather. Are you hinting a stop by? I know we are going to take our time. I will make hubby be sociable.

Yes of course. He doesn't even have to be social, he can sit quietly and we will throw food and maybe an alcoholic drink at him. Lol But absolutely, keep me in mind.

The south route takes us though Arkansas etc not as low as Louisiana, we are still in planning stages

Well we have signed contract. Sees if all goes well. He is doing all sorts of inspections, told him we are not fixing anything. So if we pass them we are done if not back to listing.
Of course someone walked into the yard as we are signing and want the house, of course dear honey did not get a phone# but did tell them to check back.
