tetra Crystalwater is a flocculant, and most flocculants will suck up a lot of oxygen from the water and release carbon dioxide. When you use them you need to get as must air into the water as possible for you and you need to keep your filters running to catch what the Crystalwater is clumping up. I wouldn't recommend using a flocculant like Crystalwater on a pond that is only 2 months old. I wouldn't recommend using Algorem on a 2 month old pond either.
If you had insisted, I would suggested using the Algorem first, then trying the Crystalwater a month later. A pond is a living eco-system and generally patience works much better in the long run.
