I have lost water in the winter, quickly also. IF the pond is a bit warm the cold windy air will suck water right out.
Noticing you're in Georgia, do you have any plants living around/in the pond that have foliage in the water? They'll pick up water as well.OK Back to evaporation in January.My pond never freezes but i lost 1/2" of water in less then 24 Hrs. The temps last night were in the low 30's waterfalls were off. Again is that normal?
