C:Enable wifi and share files through it

Where do I find the settings to do that?

Use drop box. Set up on pc and phone.
Add files from phone. Will sync to the pc. Etc. And it' free for like 5gbs.

I'm copying all my files onto a hard drive, then I'll try my new USB multi port plug, if that still doesn't work I'll try the wfi
