Fins will grow back on healthy fish.
Try to reduce fish stress as much as possible.

Can you remind me - what size is your pond?
What is the approximate water temperature?

Its an aquarium temp around 68 f

If you have the sick fish isolated in an aquarium, I would raise the water temperature to 80F.

No its an old aquarium I bought 4 black moor then trouble started it is well airated
