Tie a cord or rope to them while you can, and then tie off the other end to something so you easily lift them out of the pond after the thaw.

Mine has came back up from 50.6 to 54.3.
We had quite cold spell a couple of weeks ago.

I can't--the bottoms of the rocks are lodged in the ice. Can't get anything around 'em.

I'll just have to wait til things soften up and hopefully I can get 'em out before the sink. Otherwise I'll have to fish 'em out in the spring.
