What's happened to GPF?

I kind of liked the old format. Not complaining, its just I would rather learn something new for my pond and not have to figure out something new to get the info.

OK, OK...I'm starting to get this whole thing figured out, and like most of the features. It'll take a few days, though, I wasn't brought up with computers like some of you kids! Oooh! If you get a phone app, can it be windows phone compatible too! How do we enlarge profile pics so that we can see them better? Don't remember who, but someone had a pond pic as theirs and I tried to click on it to get a good look, and couldn't. Wondered if I just haven't figured out the trick. Also, not sure if this is the right place for requests, but as newbie, it would be awesome if there was a forum specifically for winterizing! I know winter is still a ways off, but I've been looking ahead to see what I will need to do to prepare.

I'm sure there will be a way to get this working on a Windows phone . It will take few weeks before I'm ready to go ahead with the mobile stuff, but I'll try and make it work with as many devices as possible. About the profile pic, I'm not sure if there is a way to enlarge it - as it's just more of an avatar. However, the gallery allows resizing of any pics uploaded - so hopefully the pic was also uploaded there.

A winterizing section is an interesting idea, I'll have a word with the mods about this and see what the consensus is.

As Addy said, the thanks button has gone but has been replaced by something similar. There have been times when someone posts something really useful, but a "thanks" doesn't seem like quite the appropriate button - so the "like" button is a little more general. It's good to know that you're keen on helping other users .

The winterizing forum would keep all the threads that are going to pop up in one spot, maybe make ie easier for someone to find an answer.
