Water is dropping slowly, but expecting more rain tomorrow! I hiked across in my bikini bottoms, tank top, knee high socks and old tennis shoes, both ways. Had to. Idiot dogs followed dad to meet me at the bridge, then took off and found a skunk! They stink now.

This was tonight of the tough water I’d just crossed.

These were on the way to work, the waters eating the road.

That looks so dangerous to cross.............
It was always on the news in AZ when the floods came through and people got washed away, or stuck in their cars. They even got a stupid motorist law, you pay for your rescue.

You need to rig up a zip line for these floods over your roads for the future as looks like it is going to be a regular thing for ya! I would not be crossing that river on foot. Maybe it is not as bad as it looks?

It’s not. And I hedge my bets with a duffle bag full of air... I stuffed any clothes I might need in a ziplock full of air, plus a pool floaty mostly inflated.
They’re saying we might get more rain today, if we get more than a sprinkle, I’ll spend the night at my bosses house.

Well I didn’t make it out to work. I should have put up a zipline yesterday! Water rose without it raining here, by at least a foot by 2 when I was starting my hike. Too dangerous to get out, but high hopes we can get out tomorrow.

Wow more water @JamieB and w/o even rain! That looks awful up there in your photo's. Glad you didn't continue and hope things get better soon. I hear more bad weather coming to other states very soon, something about up through New Jersey.

I recently started watching youtube on my tv, and wow!
I'm used to watching it on my very old pc monitor, so it's quite a difference.
Safe to say, one of the first things I watched was most of @RobAmy's videos.

Today is puppy delivery. My three legged stray refuses to let me leave her side, we have a girl and a boy so far

And another girl. Mommas not done ( much to my dismay) but the funny thing is, momma won’t let me put if her sight. I tried to go get a cup of coffee, she followed.

5 and counting. Latest boy aspirated, I had to work on him to get his lungs drained and get him breathing.

Today inspected 10 small hives now hiding from the heat until we leave for the farmers market. Hope the weather holds a chance of severe t storms, tornado, etc mid market time. If it even gets near we are out of there................

99 heat index, 90 actual heat, normal temps should be in the 70's.

She appears to be a beagle mix. I was thinking red bone coon hound, but she’s too small, she’s a bit big for a beagle, so maybe a mix. Dad is 3/4 husky, and oddly blond like a shepherd. First pic is momma now, then I’ll attach pics of her pre labor and dad. Lol, who wants a puppy!
