You say "might" and we hear "done"! You know you can't resist a big container designed to hold water! Your hot tub sounds wonderful! We got away every year for Thanksgiving weekend and one of my favorite spots to hang out is the outdoor hot tub - I love sitting in the hot water with the steam rising up off the water. And if it snows, all the better!

Taking the new car for it's first oil change and check up and taking a christmas tree to donate to the hospital for the employees area .They only allow fake trees .

Watching it rain and waiting for a break. We need to cut up two big Doug Firs we had cut down yesterday that were sending roots to drainage system and dropping tons of needles in shop gutters. The guy who fell them is a logger, lumber jack and only charged us $50 per tree. My hubby only cuts them down if away from buildings or fences. This guy can place them perfect on where to fall. Found him while out on one of my walks through another walker. He even cut the limbs off. He just lives up the road from us and guess he does this stuff for friends and neighbors. We get all the firewood too!

Well, we had our Thanksgiving on Tuesday as hubby is working today so its just me and the parades and the tree to decorate. Got thru all the Black Friday ads, went online , got my shopping done. Now time to relax, decorate and eat leftovers! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

sisters for Thanksgiving with family that came from all around .sunny and warm out today so lucky for that because her house is not that big and will be crowded .Got more banana plants to divide in the basement to donate to the birthing center for them to sell .I took treats to the animal shelter for the doggies and cats .

Small turkey with stuffing, white onions, turnip , cranberry sauce and apple pie just for the two of us...we gave up traveling on holidays about 10 years ago and family doesn't want to travel out to PA. We'll put the Christmas lights on the front porch, maybe get Santa and reindeer set up and the Nativity. Just bought a 2nd Google Home on eBay for $64...brand new in original box.

From last year:

We don't do the tree until about 2 weeks before Christmas.

love your house and front porch and really love metal roof moonshadows .I was different I loved my inlaws and stopping by to but wreath on their graves before we go to sisters house .Dad put the same one on after mom past and I have put the same one on every year since .I store it in my basement in a zippered plastic bag .Been doing it since 2008 .I don't decorate for the holidays anymore ,no use up here on the hill .I do put some wreaths up I make each year

Going to daughters for Turkey and all the trimmings if the river will let us! If the road floods over the road down at the bottom of the hill there are two other very long ways out of here so hope it stops raining soon or we may be eating bologna sandwiches for dinner!
