What is your weather like ... today

the nets do fine they sink with snow bounce right back up when it melts no tearing or any problems. the herons hang around over winter, maybe not this one, but i have seen them at the pond in January. with us gone had to leave it netted. currently 18 inches of snow. trees on the slopes disappearing

15 inches here with ice on top and freezing rain now but 300 ft of driveway at least has a walking path down it and shoveled in front of mail box ,no plows yet here .I still have to shovel the back deck but found when I opened the patio door it is all ice on top and can't break through it .I have to shovel out the gate and try from there

well got to the gate shoveled that out and the shoveled up to the patio doors .Very hard crust of ice on the top but at least the doors are not snowed in .I did not want the melting snow to back up into th house from the doors .Bedroom patio doors next

Merry Christmas Everyone!!! Get the lights back out and decorate the halls!! he he he Hope you all have a very Merry White Valentine's day tomorrow. Stay safe, don't go outside shopping if the roads are bad, just stay home and make nice meal and sleep it off, it may be all a bad dream and might melt away before you wake back up!

no kidding you see all these people stuck on roads, they knew a bad storm was coming, why in the heck go out?

I'm a strong woman but even I know my limits .Thanks lou for the concern and took it to heed and rested in between on the shovel as admired the beauty of it and the pain it is . .Driveway was not as deep in some spots since wind was blowing it away .Pond filters covered in snow but are still running .poor fishies

Holy That snow looks beautiful down there in God's Country Sissy!! You shovelling to town?? Better slow down and have a nice hot cup of coffee and rest for a while!

that's my plan coffee is on and just resting now .Soaking wet with sweat .I figuered as long as I could get to my mailbox since I am waiting for hubbies meds to come in the mail .It will all melt away in a couple of days any way .This is the month we usually get snow here .So no big surprise .

Good luck selling that stuff, Sissy. Lord knows I'VE tried!! All the folks in warmer areas CLAIM to love the snow, but nobody actually WANTS it!
