Sun is shining and have not used 1500 watt cattle trough heater for many days now!! Spring must have sprung...
Today we will have more sun than yesterday, and every day after will be brighter and that is reason to rejoice! We made it past the longest night of the year!!!!

Snowing like crazy here right now. Rain right at it's back tho so not much hope of a white Christmas.

Extra apples and made apple dumplings and got my electric ice cream maker out to make vanilla ice cream nice and fresh .Sauce in crock pot cooking for the lasagna .I guess I am not as rusty as I thought I was cooking for a big crowd.Forgot and have to add apple pie moonshine
