I’m thinking some kind of cyst ? She struggles with her head to the bottom of the pond . Then the cyst disappears and she swims round happily for a couple of months, then it returns . One day she can be fine and the next unable to swim . Is there anything I can do ? Doesn’t seem to affect the other fish, she lives with 18 others all fit and well . I’ve also noticed looks like she’s gone blind in one eye .
Is she suffering ?

No clue really but could she be egg bound? Wouldn't think that would happen every couple months tho. Some kind of digestive issue perhaps?

I wonder if it could be a swim bladder issue, but that doesn't account for the redness in the area, which is usually a sign of infection. Do you have any pictures of her when the cyst disappears and she looks healthy?
