Did the NYT end your streak?

I had a streak going of 781 wins... but it looks as though they have reset the stats if you are not a paying WORDLER.

This is kind of upsetting ...

Anyone else experiencing this ????

Mine has been incorrectly reset many times over the last year or so. Imagine it has more to do with poor software dev practices than an intentional change. If they were doing that on purpose, I think they’d give lots of notice so people could upgrade to save their stats.

Epilogue: I contacted the game people at the NYT about my account issue and they reestablished my stats as they had been !

I was shocked and grateful that they came through for me ...
