Well water for pond help.

This is an interesting thread đŸ¥´

I know nothing about wells, so decided to look this up. Just me, personally, but I’d rather spend that much money on something I needed…..or wanted…..

Oh I bet it's far more than that. Here's another take:

" Water well drill costs range between $7,500 and $10,000, and water tank systems cost between $3,500 and $10,000. "

Much depends on the depth, but every well requires the pumping and water treatment system.

Just to replace a well pump, here is in the 1000s. Our well is around 300 feet down, full of iron.

Finally added a treatment system, remove the iron, make it not acid water, cost 7500.

Florida is one giant aquafer those wells more than likely are on the low end of the scale. Now if your close to the shoreline you may need a deeper well and more filtration.
