Water dripping from PVC pipes containing wires

Hello,
I have a garden fountain in which it has PVC pipes containing wires, but the also have water dripping from inside to outside near a large garden fountain. I can NOT pinpoint the source of leakage. If anybody can help me or have any suggestions to locate the source, I would be greatly appreciated and will be grateful. Thank you!

Here is another pic. I don’t know what those 3 blue valves are for near the garden fountain though. I see water dripping coming out from box containing those wires just below those 3 blue valves

i'd bet on lighting

Keep digging (carefully). I'd bet one of those valves—or another fitting very close to them—is leaking and that box with the wires is collecting the water.

I would also remove all that dirt and replace it with waterfall foam that way sand stays out of the valve handles they can get hard enough to turn

I had those in my az house, they did leak, had to dig up and repair.
