Vegetation around pond

I use a pool leaf net when I do decide to clean out the pond. Just sweep it across the bottom and all sorts of stuff comes out.

Protective net, I hang a gill fishing net around 3 feet over the pond to keep the herons away. Large weave. It does not trap the small birds frogs etc that visit the pond.

Welcome A word of caution, don't add any more fish until you get a handle on the pond.
