I only noticed FishMate in the U.K. I don't know if there's one in the U.S.

Thanks, but my issue is that this is warrantied. We just received it in April and one month later it broke. I don't know if another company would honor this... how would they get reimbursed?

but since they are direct handlers of the fishmate products they may be able to still help you to resolve the issue .I found they are only in the UK so far

go to there contact sight and they also have a toll free info sight and just ask it can't hurt .O the top of there sight they have a contact part ..It says they honour all warranties

I had a fishmate with my first pond and remember it was hard to get someone to cover it under the warranty .That's why I never bought another one .Shame when you have to fight to get companies to cover there products .I wish I could get more info and thanks addy ,just remembered how hard a time I had and this was the only place that helped me .Hope they have better luck with it .

found this also www.fishmate.co.uk they say they help with warranty problems and cover only fishmate products contact them as soon as you can mastermjw .I contacted them through sight and they cover there fishmate products 100% and said you should contact them with all the info and date of purchase and what the problem is

I still have mine in he basement the side split on it and they did not want to cover it at first just because I had no receipt .I had to send them pics of it and it was the middle of the summer on my first pond so it did not freeze .I'm really surprised they finally covered it and did not ask me to ship it back to them .They wanted to send me another one (yeh sure) just what I needed for it to happen again .I liked it because they offered 3 year warranty .I liked building my own better and got more satisfaction from saying I did it .That's what ponding is about .

my pump never got below 35 degrees but the magnet on the impeller cracked.
