Not removed, but disconnected from the plumbing . I'm thinking I'm going to hook it up again but i'll need to rework the plumbing at the pump there was no room for three lines coming in to the pump . But i may have to drop it so that there is always water in it in other words the skimmer needs to be lower then the negative edge
