Yep those are snail eggs on the leaves. Those snails used to lay eggs everywhere and I had tons of snails. When I had my Clown Loaches they would eat up every snail in the tank and leave not a one left. After they were gone to fish Heaven and I got some plants w/ snails attached the population of snails went nuts! No more aquariums for me........had them forever and just got tired of the work involved. Ponds seem easier to me and don't need to ask neighbors to feed the fish. Goldfish can fend for themselves for awhile now w/ DH being retired and us going places now and then. I'll just enjoy you guy's tanks and all the pretty inside fishies you share!
