new mouse is sticking too .No no shouting just wish it would not stick .It goes back and forth sometimes .I think I need a new puter and just got a coupon from sams club 100 dollars off an hp puter so may have to break down and get one .This is a vista and seems lately it has been giving me problems .

That is the reason I updated my old xp was dieing, hardware more than software issues.

Good brain exercise Sissy, keeps it young. I jumped from the xp to win 8.1 touch screen took a few days to get comfortable with it. Now really like how it works.

I really enjoy using Windows 7 but I guess it's no longer availble on new units. Can't really understand why the operating systems have to change so often.

I don't like windows 8 at all! One of the guys at work has it on his laptop and he can't get around in it. He comes and wants me to show him how to get around, I have no experience in it at all. I have been able to figure it out some but still don't like it.

I have win 8.1, just for a few weeks now, it is easy to navigate once you wrap your brain around using apps.
From what I read 8.1 fixed a lot of the win 8 issues, they offered it as a free upgrade. My lappy came with 8.1.
I have been using apps on honey's tabs and a touch screen so it was a little easier to think that way.

I was fighting loading a program, had to load a virtual dvd drive as this one does not have one, to load the virtual dvd program. But during that learning curve fight it sure helped me figure out how win 8.1 works. That is how I learn the best fight something, makes you think it out.
