Spring is here - ready to learn

I bought ugly fish from a koi farm here .Have you looked up for any koi farms in your area .That is how I found mine .It was in Eden NC but only 20 minutes from my house .I paid less than 5 dollars and some were only a dollar for fancy tails a fat fantials and koi

They have turned out to be beautiful fish and are healthy as can be .

I looked and it seems there are no fish farms/hatchery anywhere near us. I will just have to go to Across the Pond and pony up some dollars for fish. They have many tanks full so I am sure I will find some good ones ( to feed the mean egrets). Maybe I should just start with ugly rejects. LOL
