Oh Val and I are so very pleased for you, as it was about time they got your problem sorted .
Question are you totally pain free which is the most important thing or are you still getting the odd twinges of pain still ?
I hope Ian is still helping you with everyday tasks as you shouldnt be overdoing things ..

No not totally pain free, and I have to be careful, but I don't need painkillers and am able to manage everything I need to. Pilates is a very regular feature of my life now! I'll probably need a spinal fusion at some point in the future, but for now it's all good
