I've been considering camera's, not so much for the neighbors but just to watch outside and record when not here. Really more for predators than people. The neighbors aren't that bad. The old woman is wishy washy, never know on her what she is going to do. Seriously I think she has some degree of Alzheimer's. The daughter and son are usually really nice. I'm sure they aren't real happy at the moment with me but they do understand and know what is going on.
Mucky, the old woman sits in a mobil home all day and watches 5 small screaming loud children, The husband does have mental problems, he sits on the porch all day and just stares at the woods. NEVER says anything. I bet she had just been watching sesame street when the mobil home movers told her that they had to move it. I didn't. The wife says the Camera is money better well spent.
