I'm trying to get them to trust me again but those 4 new girls are making my older ones very skiddish. Even the meal worms cannot lure them in!!!!

ahh... you have a place of my dream... but I dream of an easier land to take care of (now with 5 acres with 3 of them infested with wisteria so it looks like a rain forest jungle, we cleared 2 acres but it cost us arms and legs) and more time in the day..

I have lots of zinnia too. Got some cool ones. I planted some last year and this year I got tons of volunteers. I have this small yellow birds that would come to eat the zinnia and leave me with 1/4 of the flower. But I love the birds, they are super cute.

Some are 3 years old, some are newest ones are about 1 year old.

Lol I have never had a duck that I could "handle" but chickens are pretty good. Especially when you choose one as your pet, I do that with every animal, 1 pet! lol.

Also I would like to announce, the guy who burnt our west Virginia farm, house down (it was a log house, NOTHING left) IS NOW DEAD he overdosed on house arrest, Never went to jail!

@Lisak1 @j.w. If someone burnt your house down, killed your cat and dog inside beforehand, all this while on drugs, and you heard he overdosed, and knew he did not even go to jail, would you not be happy?

Wow that's terrible @DutchMuch and I'm so sorry that happened to you. The world is a better place now w/o him, it's just a shame his life was a waste. Glad you or your parents were not hurt but so sad for your home and pets

Reason I said that though is because now I wont be updating the house or posting pics, or just being active in general for a bit now.

We are going to a hotel (which to us is like vacation) for 3 days and coltons for dinner tonight. See to me that's my golden throne, a hotel trip. lol Ill just be to busy to be on here. We are celebrating (it sounds cold to others like lisak for example but it makes sense for us, the victims) this event, to us its more like hearing that he is finally going to jail (probably hell) for a while.
I don't want to get to much into it, this is a GPF not a explain your life forum. LOL

But anyway ill be lurking over the forum for the next 3 or 4 days just to clarify. Will make sure to take some good pics the first day im back
