Oh also already picked some of my strawberries . Early bearing ones in and june bearing ones flowering already . I may get pickles to pick soon , Yellow squash and zuccini getting bigger by the day . I planted all my garden from seeds
I am jealous of all you people back there getting all that nice weather!

So sad about your fish and the bad encounters w/the dog. Maybe a paintball gun? Decorate their dog for them and I think it ouch's a bit also for the dog but won't kill him.
Might open the owners eyes a bit!

That spray will work if you can catch them close enough. I like my idea better tho. Maybe do both, alternate between spray and paint balls, lol! Paint balls are more fun too.
We don't have all those bugs you guys have back there. We are pretty bugless here on bugs that like to bug you anyways. Our bugs stay to themselves mostly.
Praying no rain on your flea Saturday!

yeh i found that out . I have my sons paint ball gun and a charger and paintballs . We have those giant mosquito type things and lady bugs and plenty of horse flies from the farm . The solar farm owned by another country went up a mile from my house and the electric it generates is not for us . But it stired up bugs in the soil early also . Over 3000 solar panels and there are 5 more that were put up in the last 3 years and none of it for us , not sure who is getting it but my electric bill keeps going up . I used to pay less than 100 dollars and now almost 200 dollars a month and I am using less electric than before .

Oh gosh you have a paint ball gun? If you use it on the dogs we want photo's!

I remember those lady bugs in the walls. That would be horrid! Are the giant things that look like skeeters called Crane Flies? We have those but they don't hurt you. They just make small dirt blobs in your lawn here. Our electric prices are going up here also along w/everything else.

Well police here animal control here and they won't do anything about the dog next door . He killed 2 fish last night and drug off my new pond net and can't find it and they probably took it to the dump to get rid of evidence . I found the fish out in the yard all the way over by their property and evidence from my security camras . The cops and animal control told me sorry protect the pond and your things . THIS IS MY PROPERTY WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PROTECT IT WHEN THEIR DOG IS ON MY PROPERTY . They say no leash law here so it is my problem , not theirs . I even have him jumping my fenced in yard on camera .I guess I will have to buy an electric fence or worse

How very awful @sissy and my heart goes out to you as I know how much you love your fish. Yes get an electric fence, I think that will work as if the cops won't help then what else can you do? Only other thing would be to build a fence around your property and that would cost a bunch! Or put an electric fence around your property that is low enough to effect the dogs as they try to get in there.

Oh @sissy that is terrible and I can't believe their are no laws or regulations to protect your property especially with video surveillance !

I'm read about some reasonable priced electric fences that koi pond keepers install, they are effective, but sad you'd have to go to such lengths and what about your own dogs? Maybe you could just turn it on at night or when you're away from home.

Does the dog come at a regular time, like at night ?

I'd just leave the fence on all the time except when sissy is going out there to work on something. It won't hurt her dogs, just will let them know to not touch it and it will prolly only take one time and they will stay away. I couldn't bear to allow those dogs to take anymore fish!

I looked at the solar electric fence but they are on back order and my dogs do not run free , they are in their fenced in backyard . Thing is now I have to protect them because 2 times on my security cameras I have seen that dog jump my fence and now my poor chihuahuas can't even enjoy outside any more . I added extra bright security lights but that does not scare him.The dog comes over whenever he secapes his cage thing they built . I can't blame the dog only the owners that is why I hate to hurt him .I got the paint ball gun out and got new paint balls and a charger .The dog has ripped up several chair cushions on my chair sets by the pond and in my garden and dug up and destroyed some of my flowers in my flower beds . They don't even take care of their property and the mother over there had the nerve to tell the cop that we were trailer trash . I heard it and so did my security cameras pick it up . It is a modular home not a trailer , Doesn't look like a trailer to me . They are the same ones that keep a trailer full of trash in their yard and i can smell it all the way over here . The cop even told them when he saw it that it is a health hazard
