I did not get the tons of toads that we usually get. The frogs are just starting to sing out there, they mate next

That first picture looked like a plate of chicken tenders.... Then I saw the 2nd picture and looked more closely at the first one. LOL
Although I do live in the south where they "gig 'em and eat 'em", I never will understand eating frogs.

My aunt and uncle loved frog legs they would catch them and fry them .They said they tasted like chicken ,

Every time someone says that I wonder why they don't just eat chicken then...

Not sure since frog legs are so darn tiny no matter what they usually are not much bigger that some of the chicken wings I see .

you can see the bottom of the pond ,it amazes me the distortion you get from water .They were close to the bottom of the pond .You can see the them upside down eating off the bottom in last pic and that is 4 feet down .

I was thinking the same thing.

that is neglect ,poor pond does not get much attention .It has been so hot out and it is all I can do to keep up with the yard work and house work .I had just netted the bottom so really not that clear .A lot of fishy poop for the flowers still on the bottom .But you can only do a little at a time thank you makes me feel better that I neglect it .

You know they say frog legs taste like chicken..... But I have to disagree..... They are way better
