My tomatoes just froze when we hit 26 yesterday morning. The plant was covered with beautiful cherries.

So far no frost here yet and picked for both my sisters .Getting more lights in .Since king arthur passed away poor chihuahuas are afraid of the back yard and for there safety and my sanity I am installing more lighting .Plus putting in riser led lights on both sets of front steps .I almost fell down them the other night in the dark ,so better safe than sorry .I saw a fox in our front yard the other night so not taking any chances deck step lights and these should work going along the back fence line .2 sets of them .I am changing all the halogen bulbs to leds to save more money 24 lights should make me able to see the bad things out there .Plus Jody stopped over because he found a tent in the woods and called the cops and wanted to make sure I knew for my own safety .Cops removed the tent and other stuff and took pics

bee on my butterfly bush and it is lady bug season here they are every where and boy do they bite .

Lady bugs bite ?

We get swarms of them in the spring and fall and when they land on you and you are sweating they bite.I never saw so many lady bugs until I moved down here .I guess they want the moisture .I took off 2 pieces of damaged vinyl siding and there were lots of lady bugs behind the siding and they try like heck to get in the house .They are as bad as stink bugs .I was trying to move the gate yesterday and got bit several times .There are lots of bumble bees on my flowers but this one is the only one who wanted to pose .I took several pics

OK my nightmare banana plants I cut out 8 of them so far because they were lifting the retaining wall around the pond on that side .I have to take out at least 4 more the saw all is working hard

measured some I took down some where from 8 feet tall to 12 feet tall and lots of new babies coming up also .Top pic of how close they were to the retaining block wall of my pond .That is why I had to cut them down .Some of the bottoms were 14 inch's around ,bigger than a round paint can

I'm taking mine out from in front of my window as they have multiplied too much and grown too big and full! I transplanted some babies over by my greenhouse away from the house. They can behave better over there

my new addition pickles pee wee has an almost twin

He's got a long way to go to catch up w/pee wee who isn't really a pee wee anymore,

yep name is pickles.He weighs less than half a pound
