Sequence 1000 vs. Sequence Valuflo 1000 pumps. What's the difference?

Was about to buy a Sequence 1000 series pump when I noticed there also exists a Valuflo line of pumps. The specs appear to be exactly the same and the manufacturer docs don't seem to make any distinction. I can't understand what the difference is other than $100.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

5 year vs 18 months warranty, power and current numbers are different too. You might contact MDM and ask specifically why.

I did end up sending them an email just to clarify. Power consumption looks the same on both. I did just notice the warranty difference. Thanks for pointing that out. Maybe just the quality of components? I'll update here when MDM gets back to me in case anyone else ever has the same question.
