Recommended Cheap Chloramine Test Kit?

There is a post asking this question back in 2014, but I'm surprised that by this time there still isn't a basic chloramine test kit as it seems to be a very popular issue with pond/aquarium owners who must use tap water. I've been using Aquascape Maintain which is supposed to treat for chloramine, but I'm suspicious if it clears out all the chloramine found in Houston's tap water.

Does a cheap chloramine test kit exist? Can I use a total/free chlorine test kit to at least get an idea of chloramine amounts? Do these additives remove chloramine pretty reliably?

I do not know of one, But it is not as criticle as many think it is if you come relatively close to the amount of gallons you add to the pond you'll be fine . I rarely added any at all only one large amounts would i throw some declinator in
