pvc glue

im getting ready to do the pipping on the pond and cant remmber what kind of glue i need to keep the fish safe can someone help me out

I've found all pvc plumbing glues to be safe.

start with the purple primer can first. This gets the pipe soft. Next you use the glue (actually called cement). I like to use the heavy duty one (I think it's the green can if memory serves me correct). If you are gluing two different materials together, let's say like PVC and ABS (the black pipe), you use the transition cement in the lime green can.

Home Depot and Lowes pretty much sell the Oatey brand. And don't be stingy with the cement. Really lather it on!
