I see them in stock locally, too. Will check them out. But I can buy 50 and 100’ lengths of 2”ultra flex pvc through Home Depot for $2.50/ft so this is not that interesting.

Home Depot in my area looks to be aprox 3.50/foot at 50ft and 20-25' should be all I need.

@GBBUDD if you get over to HF and check out their Intake/Suction hose, let me know what you think. The cheapest I have found black 2" flex pvc 25' is on Amazon for ~90 bucks, so this would be the way to go if you think it will work. I dont have anything to compare it to but I also wonder if this is more ridgid and not as easy to work with as regular flex pvc?

While flex is bendable it is not extremely so the tightest bend you can make is like a 4 foot circle.. but don't try that on a 20 degree day

Yeah, i bet! Well this stuff at HF is already rolled up in a pretty compact roll so should have enough flex for what I need.

you can easily cut it and add a pvc 22.5 or 45 degree elbows . if needed use only street 90s if you must

You can also heat 2” rigid pvc w/ a heat gun and bend it into any angle/compound angle you want. No fittings needed. 2” is probably the largest you can do without special tools.

risky without a uniform heat tray i'd do a warm up for a slight bend. but to make a tight 45 is risky and then bury it . i'd not take the chance

I wouldn’t do it for a pressure system, but for a pond where pressure is like 10 psi? Sure. Why not? Worse case is you kink it.
