So glad she is home!! and that baby boy is just precious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She is no longer on the IV pain meds and it's really hurting, she is glad to be home but is in pain. It's like a 3rd. degree burn because the skin is gone all the way around the arm. She is going to try and stay home and not go back to the hospital. Hopefully it will hurt less as time goes by

Me too DrCase. I'll cut the fingers off of a surgical glove to make a sleeve for it so she can shower. She has to keep it dry and clean.

Those plastic house garbage bags, like the light weight white ones work the best.

Cover the hand and arm to above the wound, use tape (medical ) so you don't rip off her hair when removing. Tape it above the wound. Water has a way to get where you do not want it.
