I just fixed up the old one and replaced some of the burnt boards and put all new plastic.
I am trying to be careful of the candles....

Under that red mat is big cement blocks too! I left the edges area for Rio and put the new woodchips. I blow the candles out now when I leave.

Still out side in greenhouse drinking glass of dark red winE. Shadows looks funny at night..

Listening to the sounds outside, traffic sounds busy on Avenue, and the hum of a train off in the distance. No animal sounds outside so that is good, all neighborhood puppies are inside on this the First evening of 2015!

Under the red Matt is 6 big cement blocks, sweet nefew came by yesterday and he says it looks like my Bug Free Zone now! Well now I have room for the one bench chair and table. Moved things around and played out their till after midnight!

I bet little Rio is glad you brought back her nice warm, dry place also.

And I even made her a little door to the greenhouse so she can come and go!

Collen, What temperature is it in your green house?

I keep it a few degrees above freezing right now cause there is only a few hardy succulents that survived the fire last November.

If I am in there with Rio I turn the heater up.

OK, I was wondering if you liked your wine chilled? LOL

I drink my red wine at room temperature. Finished work late, now outside sitting in greenhouse again!

I topped the water level up tonight in the bottom pond too.

Brrrrr it is freezing cold tonight at -9 F (-23 Celsius) then add a few more negative degrees to include windchill too!

Ok, now it is 1 am in the morning and I am still outside in greenhouse, got another layer of heavy plastic on inside. I can feel the difference right away, behind the bench the wall is not quite so drafty now. Maybe now just a thernal curtin behind bench on the one wall that I could pull closed after sundown to keep draft off my back while I sit outside, listening for sounds in the cold dark night must blow out candles before I go inside.
