back from lowes and loaded and unloaded 15 concrete block and 12 retaining wall block and 8 -4 inch block and then subway and bought subs .i have never seen such a bunch of lazy employees than the lowes in Martinsville VA ,you ask for help and they say in a minute and then poof they are gone .Now a glass of refreshing water and move some of them down by the pond ,still not raining yet but sure is windy out .

I just got done carrying 8 of them down by the pond because cart is full of mulch and also carried 6 of the retaining wall block down .Come in and first story I read on here is about addy's missy and made me cry .So sad when we lose a beloved pet .I remembered the story of how she stayed loyal to her daddy when he passed and how she sat by the bedroom door and now she is with her daddy .

hope you get better addy .Maybe it is all you have been going through lately and hoping the sun shines down on you and makes it all better .I keep going so I don't think about things that are going on now .My body is busy so my mind doesn't have time to think .I think it helps keep what little sanity I have left . :fingersx: keeping my fingers crossed for good luck.I guess you will need everything crossed addy .I will cross some for you too .

Thanks Sissy, keeping busy does help so much. I have not been this sick in years. I think with all that has happened I have just gotten worn out. Florida was rough, we came back exhausted, I probably picked up a germ and did not the normal resources to fight it. I didn't have the strength to handle the loss of missy, that set me back again, i.e. re-sick.

slowly heading back to health, We are plumbing the new 1000 gallon tank for the subbies, honey only lets me do a hour or so of work then back in the house, only if it is warm, only if the sun is out. He is so bossy............just cause he loves me.

Things could be worse, we both have to look at what we have, each other, pain is part of life, wish it wasn't so.

well now the time comes to think of yourself .I should heed my own advice but never do ,just no time to think of your self when you have so much to do .I know the loss of missy was sad ,I have been there like others on here .I had to get another dog ,i could not stand it with out one ,They just give to much love and seem to always make things easier .With all you have gone through no wonder you don't have time to think of your self .It is never easy .Yep pain of loosing someone is something in life we can't avoid .We all need to slow down and smell the flowers . :blueflower:

I just took the new epdm liner out of the box and it says 10x10 turns out it looked funny to me so measured it and it is 11 1/2 ft. by 12 ft not sure why but now I have lots to over hang my waterfall so i could go longer than i did ,But that means getting more retaining wall block and taking it all apart again and sure not gonna do that .So I guess the rule is measure the liner before you start .darn it . :chair: :grumble:
