I am her play buddy, every night now she comes and barks at me to chase her around the living room with her toy in her mouth, or play sock chase and will not stop until I do. She jumps up and down growling, if I ignore that she barks, if I ignore that she hits me with her nose, then if I ignore that she nips my leg. All the time staring with those beautiful dark eyes, please please please play with me................ That is after one 4 mile walk, multiple street and yard walks, sock chasing. She just never stops.

And she is so darn cute..............a whole 4.5 lbs and runs the house. Getting more and more spots on her back.

That was funny seeing her play w/ that darn bug! I bet it really smells strong to her little puppy nose. Was cute when she would lose it and I think it was stuck in the hair on her face, lol and then it would reappear. What a blast you get to have w/ her all day long. She is just so cute :cheerful:

That is so funny! Since we got Carlos last December he has trained me to do the same thing! At 7 pm MST (8 pm when MDT) the boys get their greenies, then as soon as they finish, they get their bowls of food, then as soon as they are done eating Carlos walks up to me growling and howling for me to come play with him. If I ignore him he jumps up and punches me with his front paws. Every night same thing LOL. Sometimes if I am not feeling great I tell my sweet hubby to play with him, but Carlos wants non of that! Mom plays not dad! And inevitably mom plays with him. He likes his 20+ toys and loves me to throw them or play tug a war with him.

All the while Leo our pretty pink princess paws boy lays on the couch and looks at me and Carlos in disgust! He can't imagine why anyone would want to run around on the floor and risk getting their paws dirty. LOL

Here are some updated pictures of Carlito and Pretty Pink Princess Paws :)

Laughing! I thought I was the only crazy one! She has me so well trained, she will not give up for even a second. After around an hour she ......sometimes.........will finally crash.
I am attempting, not real hard, to train her to get her fav sock bring it to me while I sit so I can toss it, but I don;t think that is good enough for her. She will run around the house with her fav rolled up sock or her little stuffed groundhog, looking back at me to make sure I am chasing her, such a crack up. We circle the living room couches, I need my mile tracker on to add to my exercise count.

I got this new phone and loaded a walking program, we have walked 88 miles since oct 8 (first time I used it). You would think that would wear her out..............nope

Your pups are darn cute!

My totally spoiled wild birds now have two new feeders, each one holds 18 lbs of seed. I am hoping that will keep them fed while we are out of town.

not my picture

And for those not totally bored with my little girl, caught her going after a stink bug again. This time I could see how she attacked them.

(hope this video loads right, I used the share on my phone again, so testing how it works)

She is sooooo adorable! I laughed when she got her nose too close, and had to sneeze that stink away a couple of times. It's cute how she paws at it in a pulling motion, but more often than not she actually pushes it away! And, I love how she kept you with a full view of her antics the whole time. She must love being the star of your videos. Now, I say your hubby needs to video you chasing her around the living room next. :blueflower:
Pecan, your two little ones are adorable, and I can sure see Carlos being the little mischievious one!

You can tell that bug must really be stinky cuz she doesn't really want to put her mouth on it after she smells it. The bug looks dead, is it? She wants it to move I think but it has given up trying to get away. So cute watching her. Do those bugs stink really bad if only one or does it take several to stink a place up? You sure have a way to keep her busy now if you need to get anything done when she wants to play and you can't right now :cheerful:

Their stink is horrible, usually have to use lemon juice to get the smell off your fingers and sometimes that does not even work. They only stink if you vac them up or mess with them. But if you have a house that is invaded with them it can make it uninhabitable, the smell. They also poop brown drippings if they are allowed to hang around. The poop attracts the next stinker. I think it was part dead when she found it. I spray with some stuff that if they touch it they go belly up, lil legs waving in the air. Spray only high up on the windows so missy can't get near it. She never eats these bugs but sure enjoys messing with them.

Hate those things, in the fall they land on the house by the hundreds, trying to get in, one year by the thousands.

We have the normal stink bugs and these invaders. The normal ones don't smell anywhere as bad as these do, these are horrible and the normal ones do not invade the house in the fall.

From what I read they started up in penna.

ASIAN STINK BUGS MOVE INTO WASHINGTON STATE

Look out Washington, The Brown Marmorated Stink Bug, Halymorpha, halys, is a big problem for homeowners but its a huge threat to all sorts of food crops.

yep that is it jw, ruins our apples, tomatoes, invades the house, horrible bug. If you need a link to what I buy, (kills it great) I can send it to you. I only spray the house walls, don't want to kill the good bugs.

The apples stink of it, they stick their feeders into the apples leaving little holes all over the fruit. No known predator of that stink bug here.

If we ever get attacked by them I would need the info. I'll let ya know when and if that ever happens. Hopefully it never will!
