If we banned war there would be a war from banning them. Just the way it is. As long as there are human beings on this earth there will be wars. As we get closer to the end of time there will be even more. But someday somewhere in the great beyond there will be peace and I am looking forward to it. Not ready to go on the next truck load yet tho but someday, guess I don't really get to decide the when part but I'd like to stick around for a bit longer if I can

Agreed but we have to talk we cant give into the thing war is just because it says therte will be an end of days because that is at the route of the problem nobody is better than anyone else on this planet no matter wether its in this set of scriptures or that , nor this holy book or that. They are written by hand of man, check with the catholic church the gospels they didn't want in their good book it numbers quite a few so they are not exactly gods words and until we all understand that its a slippery slope for us all those that believe and those that through lifes acctualities dont .
We all claim that god is with us no matter what religion that only comes with the victors

We are all free to believe whatever we want. The countries we live in or other people can't take away what we believe in our hearts. I have faith in what I believe and trust in the Lord to help me on my journey through this world. Not trying to tell anyone how to live or what to believe. Just happy I have what I have through the love of God and what His son did for me. Faith and Trust is what I try to base my life on.

I agree Dave that war is bad and I agree what people should do. Just saying I believe the Bible says certain things that I trust are true and will come to happen. We all have the option to believe so or not. No one is any better on this earth than anyone else. I believe God loves us each and wants us to get along. You and I can talk and we can each believe what we want and be friends and I will not tell you what to believe. We just don't agree on certain things as lots of others don't agree also and I can live w/ that. I have to.

Guess we better get back to ponding and leave this alone or our butts are gonna get kicked here

I have faith but my own belief's I've found the holy books to be open to interpretaton not always for the good of humanity this is why we are seeing what we are seeing now around the world .
But I dont get wound up over wh's god is right everyone is entitled to their beleifs and to be free from harm through those beliefs which is not what we see I think as I've grown older in years I've moved more towards buddhism in that it makes more sense of things in my mind and Val's hence the buddhist theme around the pond or will have when totally finished its a place we can go to be totally at one with ourselves.
I still live by good morals , thats all part of my upbringing and my belief in what ever I choose to believe in strong but I cant call myself a Christian anymore for me the amswers I'm looking for arent there

It is good that there are people searching for answers and the answers are out there. We all just need to open our hearts and eyes and look. Glad you are looking cuz some have given up.I have found my answers in Jesus Christ. I believe there are a lot of good people in this world and you are one of them Dave. Glad we can be friends even if we have differences in our beliefs.
