Please help ID this plant

It's a "bog" plant I apparently ordered a few years ago, but now I have no idea what it is. It sends out runners [what you see in this picture is from one plant]. I have no idea if it flowers or what any flowers might look like. Leaves are about 2"-3" long.

Any idea what it might be?

Hmmmm..... I'll have to check for that. Right now, it's raining cats, dogs, and giraffes, so will wait until rain stops. Thanks!
